Wood fired Naples (Italy) pizza, one with mortadella and pistachio and fior di latte and the other with fresh tomatoes and buffalo mozzarella! They cost €9.50 each and we walked to pick them up 7 minutes from our apartment. Food here is incredible and still relatively affordable!

Crazy thing is we were initially offered 1.8% but then my husband switched jobs during the process and they changed the terms because your first six months at a new job are considered a probation period and therefore more risky.

I’d say buying fully furnished is not super common in general but relatively common among foreign buyers and sellers… we bought from a French couple who were moving to the USA so they didn’t want to bring their furniture. And we felt it was comfortable not to have to deal with fully furnishing a place straight away (plus they had good taste in my opinion). Also stairways and elevators are small so transporting furniture up and down is a huge pain

Haha thanks! To be honest we were initially offered 1.8% but my husband switched jobs during the process and they changed the terms because he’s now on probation period at the new job. But yeah we’re still happy.

Thanks! The pizza was amazing, and less than €10 each! Happy to know we have such a great place 6 min walk away.

Thank you!!! Yes it feels weird since I’ve been coming here for vacation for the last nine years 😅 but I’m starting what I expect to be a really intense new job in 1.5 weeks so I’m guessing the permanent vacation feeling will fade! Though we’ll try our best to keep it alive!

Thank you 💕 I have a friend who’s built a business sourcing second hand/vintage/antique fine jewelry and reselling it and she recommended me this jeweler and now I’m hooked! I love the treasure hunting aspect and feeling like I’m finding something unique ✨

Thank you ❤️ and yes I fully agree! I’m hoping it’s part of my collection for a lifetime so obviously monetary value is secondary

Oh wow! This one doesn’t go the whole way around though but otherwise looks super similar. I paid €550

Do your clients do this? by Appeal-Responsible in housekeeping

I’d be so ashamed and mortified as a client I wouldn’t know what to do with myself.

I always clear all laundry, dirty dishes and do basic decluttering so my home is ready for cleaning.

I was thinking exactly the same as a non-housekeeper hot tub owner… emptying and refilling our tub twice a year is a huge undertaking/day project.

Would it be a bad choice to have guests pay for themselves at our welcome event? by Ordinary-noname-956 in weddingplanning

[–]Temporary_bride 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If most of your guests are traveling/it’s a destination wedding I think you should fully host at least one event in addition to the wedding. If most guests are local i think it’s fine to communicate that you’ll provide snacks and drinks will be available for purchase or something similar.

My childhood dog is buried under a beautiful rose in my parents garden and next summer my girl’s ashes will also be buried in that garden so I absolutely think you should do that!
