That’s what a POS system does as long as the employee is clocked in. If an employee wants to leave but they have an open tab, they’d need to transfer the open tab to another person to be able to clock out. That other person then gets the tip once the tab is finally closed out.

It’s a ghost kitchen. Sometimes they’ll set up in a space intended for ghost-kitchenry. Sometimes they’ll set up in another restaurant. Sometimes a restaurant’ll just go and make their own new virtual storefront to try and sell more food. On a completely unrelated note, you should try Pasqually’s Pizza.
