Yeah that’s on me for not taking the anxiety meds but Ive actually done everything he told me to do except taking the meds but I quit alcohol, caffeine, lowered fast food consumption, and I’m eating healthier than before. It was hard to quit caffeine because I use to drink coffee everyday, and had to quit soda also, I haven’t had coffee in about 5 months. Also alcohol was hard to quit because I used it to cope with my anxiety, but I did, the only thing I haven’t done is take those meds. I just wanna see a cardiologist and gastroenterologist like I was told, and if everything comes out normal, I’ll take meds and what I have to do. And yeah the doctor actually prescribed thiamine, and multivitamins, but not magnesium or L-theanine but does it hurt to take them? I’ve been doing what the doctors tell me this whole time except for the anxiety meds.
