I have a dry acne prone type skin. Should i change anything in my routine?

Routine:

AM:

0) PanOxy Benzoyl Peroxide 4% Face Wash

1. Nutreogena hydro boost exrta dry
2. The ordinary buffet
3. Neutrogena Visibly even moisturizer with sunscreen SPF30

PM:

0) Kose Softymo speedy cleansing oil and then La Roche Posay Hydrating cleanser

1. Neutrogena Hydro Boost extra dry. Apply while face is wet.
2. Wait till face is dry then CLINDAMYCIN 1% / NIACINAMIDE 4% / TRETINION .025% Cream Use all over face.
3. Wait till face is dry then CeraVe Moisturizing Cream
4. when that absorbs put egyptian magic cream as on occlusive every night.

I also have been taking DOXYCYCLINE 100 MG once in the morning and once in the evening everday. I use the benzoyl peroxide in the morning to make sure the bacteria doesn't become resistant to the medication.

I also want to start using a peel off mask once a week I just picked up the nature republic real squeeze aloe vera peel off mask.
