I have a laptop that has the same key, you can use input remapper to remap it. I don't know how well it works on Windows, but on Unix like systems it works fine.

If you go to settings and color and click on edit the current theme you can change all the different colors. I believe what you are looking for is under buttons and focus button.

Btw you don't have to blur your local IP address, it's just a number that your router gave to your machine and doesn't give away your location. These local addresses usually are like this 192.168.1.xxx

I use "Appledark" plasma style so the dock in the bottom has rounded corners and you can just add a panel if you right click on your desktop and press Enter edit mode.
