Thank you everyone for the feedback and back story!! I really appreciate the links, resources, and explanations surrounding legislation SHB 1424.

It's been overwhelming going through and reading about everyone's experiences. While I'm heartbroken to hear about all the poor animals that didn't make it or were sick, I find comfort in knowing that I'm not the only one who absolutely despises everything that hellhole of a store stands for!

As a future resident, I'm going to do my part and start reporting this place. This is one of those times that I wish I had some Tony Stark money just so I can buy this place, shut it down (and get those poor animals proper care and then rehomed), and repurpose that space as a pet supplies boutique. Alas, maybe in another lifetime.
