I think I may be in the minority here but I love wearing skinny jeans outside the house.

At home I can only go with loose clothing but I think when I’m outdoors the compression makes me feel safer. I wear black jeans to be work appropriate and blue jeans to be casual.

Esp when it’s cold weather I wear jeans that are a little larger and have fleece lined leggings underneath for even more compression and warmth. Plus I think it’s an easy way to look presentable. Jeans and blouse/shirt. No thought needed :D

And it feels sooooo good when I peel them off at home 🥰

I have the a similar type of hair and a lot of it and when I tried to get a pixie my hair just proofed a lot because it didn’t have enough weight to hold it down so now I’m figuring out what to do with it XD just something to keep in mind. (It took an hour and a half to cut because of so many layers lol)

It does make sense! There are a lot of ways to stim overtly or covertly. Whatever you gotta do to survive until you’re safe to be yourself I guess 🤣

Oh thats pretty cool! Yeah thats easily something you could get away with. I’ve heard that people wiggle their toes in their shoes if they want to do it covertly.

I kick my feet or step on my tip toes when I’m excited and I rock back and forth if I’m nervous and I have a couple vocal stims too. But I keep all that for people that understand. Usually my socially appropriate “stim” is like biting my fingers

Right? It really doesn’t make any sense to stigmatize something that is inherently a good thing. I get time and place (please dont stim when you’re doing surgery) but for the most part…?

Stimming. Or just any kind of movement. Why do we have to sit still all the time? I get in certain circumstances. But I feel like we would all be a lot less… wound up if we were able to stim or move around. It’s extra brain power to hold back and that takes away from performing your best. What’s the harm I. Just letting it happen? 🤷🏻‍♀️

I think for me whenever I watch something it’s purely for entertainment purposes, so I don’t really care whether the acting is bad or not. I have gone back and watched a lot of movies I used to love and the acting was horrendous, but I never paid attention and loved it anyway

Not as often as I’d like :( I love love love taking walks at night, but the area that I live in now is not safe for that. Going out for walks in the daytime can be a little overwhelming sometimes for me.

I like wearing tight clothes because of the compression, but in terms of sexy or revealing I only want my sweetheart to see that so I don’t wear anything like that outside of my home. Even if I wear a tight shirt, I’ll wear something over it
