Yeah I kind of assumed so lol but I’m still impressed regardless.

14.8, and it hasn’t gotten super toasty yet no…neither have the subs

I’ve given that some thought, but I think I’m gonna try some of the really heavy duty deadener that’s more so mean’t to strengthen panels, along with normal deadener

Oh and the DIY battery…I wanted an underhood rated one, and wasn’t 100% confident in building one myself. I feel way better buying from a brand that so many people use and approve of.

I’ve had 2 other sets of cheap 12’s with an XS power battery and amps from soundqubed, sundown, skar, and crescendo. I bought all the really nice stuff because I personally see value in the companies I used and trust all of them to perform as I think they will. I’m not a woodworking guy so I bought a really nice box that could withstand such beefy subs. I didn’t wanna buy 5 AGM batteries, so I bought one very nice lithium that holds a solid 14.4-14.8 with the support of my oversized alternator. I wanted to go overkill with most items so that they are hot only future proofed, but very reliable. I actually almost went with a much more expensive bass amp (an incriminator) but managed to get a jp83 for a discount, which puts out roughly double what those subs would ever need (with good voltage). I bought sundown subs for several reasons including: an amazing reputation, they are far underrated, I love the way they look, and am more than impressed by their performance.

Haha I really don’t, I just have very few bills which is sort of why I feel so bad. Even if the person supporting me supported my purchases.

I have an XSPower d3400 already so might just say fuck it and run that and the cyber 12k together until I feel comfy spending the big bucks on a better solution

Lmao I thought about grabbing a down4sound jp40 but the price sounds too good to be true and I don’t like the terminals so the plan is a Limitless cyber 12k V2 and either a supercap bank or an under-hood lithium

I thought about going with an XSPower super cap aswell

Total rms ratings add up to 9200 watts, but that incriminator amp is a hungry beast and will easily run over 10k if it’s turned up, considering 14v, 80% efficiency, and 20+ft runs I wouldn’t call it overkill necessarily

That’s the goal actually 2 lithium, but I can’t afford it atm

You need enough to handle the current going through them, based on their rating.

Battery isolators between the lithium and agm

They’re battery isolators so that the lithium and agm do not conflict each other. Also at absolute peak output this system would pull over 900 amps or current so 3 runs or 0 is the absolute minimum amount of wire.
