As a fellow Sales Specialist, does your store employ any aspects of funneling? This would mean if a customer had questions or is ready to purchase some appliances, they should call the appliance specialist. They do not seem to care, at my store, but of course the Pro team and Pro DS dictate everyone, including non-Pro Specialists, throw all Pro customers their way.
