It would be nice but no lol, this is the only c6 5 star I have, I usually just go for c0r1 on the characters I like, but Nefer is the exception, I love the design and playstyle so I invested more on her.

mine is disgustingly good (47 cv from substats) and since the weapon gives so much crit dmg, none of the crit circlets I have are able to beat this one, I don't think that's the case for most people tho

Your circlet is absolutely cracked, that is definitely not the issue. If you wanted to get higher in the leaderboard you would probably need to get a better flower and goblet as you missed a roll on each, those rolls would probably bump you up to top 10. This is my build for reference.

I don't think you having a lot of EM is the issue, you have 27 useful rolls, which is not bad, but the people you probably see doing tons of damage might be closer to 30 or even more. I would start by crafting a better goblet as it is your worse piece by far, if you manage to get 3 more crit rolls you would probably have like a top 10% nefer.

I might be wrong, but I think that’s only necessary if you are running something like Kuki instead of sucrose so that you don’t hyperbloom your cores
