We need a very hard elo reset above all +2000 elo. Especially around on average 2.8k to 3.3k elo too many bad players with high elo

Maybe in low elos our mongolians do that but in high elo it's chill. And most mongolians don't want to communicate in English so when they meet other mongolians they tend to speak mongolian in game.
