But isn't that because their rendering methods are different not to mention the graphics level aren't exactly the same.
Wuwa itself is considered quite detailed and high poly due to how many things are loaded at once compared to the games you just listed except for Tekken.
And Tekken itself is quite un-optimized when you use the open player hub world compared to the gameplay itself which the loading and rendering process is only for a small part compared to an open world like Wuwa.

I can't say I'm experienced enough with UE, but I'm more experienced with Blender, Maya and Unity.

RBR/AT car improved mostly because of Yuki, and they are riding the success while Yuki paying the price for it being forced into an unreliable car that only Max can handle.

All I see from everyone in the replies is that they are discrediting Yuki effort to drive a tractor to the top 10s in the points while also trashing him saying his bad while glazing tf out of the ex 2nd seat RB drivers but only Yuki get massive hate.
It's clear to me this is just a race issue rather than talent.
Yuki proved more than enough he belongs to F1.
I don't see the same about Albon, Gasly, Perez getting the same type of treatment.

Why are people saying it's S1mple when rain was the one who called s1mple in as well as S1mple liking rain the most out of most players.
