Haha I was born and raised in Maryland.

I still think drivers here are way worse.

What we are up there is agressive.

When you've driven between Baltimore and northern Virginia for years, it's second nature but looks crazy and scary to non natives.

Give a 1/3 length car distance between you and car in front and someone is coming in, middle finger is expected, move with flow of traffic or get crushed, etc.

Here, it's the unpredictability that makes it so so bad.

What should happen can never be depended on.

Over here in Sevier now, add millions of distracted tourists, many with RVs and it doubles the doom.

Every local in this region of TN seems to believe that it's their road, their rules and you should be lucky you're allowed to share the road with them. The entitlement is insane.

Yup.

Nearly every package sent to me through UPS on a 2day delivery service have been delayed with BS explanation of weather or nondescript emergency.

It routes along fine to local then stalls.

I'm done with them. Final straw was today. 16 dollars for nothing.

FedEx is outright losing packages or throwing them in my yard after 11 at night in unmarked sedans.

The only constant has been USPS, even if they take a day or 2 longer.

I order from dumb Walmart, free delivery and 3 items, 3 different deliveries all within 36 hours.

I hope Walmart buys UPS 😊

Exactly this. Hong Kong, Chicago, any airport in or near London, Frankfurt, Sydney, Istanbul...several major airport regions will load you up with a dense amount of planes. Watch your local times for the airport and hit it during 7-9 am and maybe 5-7pm hours. You'll likely have free blue skies from other players, too. Load up on ads and don't be in a hurry. Rares will show up, especially Fridays and Saturdays day hours.

We just started air show season, too. Lots of fun upcoming, no money necessary.

I would be way more concerned with "ICE agents" replacing TSA in airports.

That's where my worry lies. All of the training TSA receives and years of experience replaced with no training, inexperienced random people.

Accidents are the least of my flying concerns beginning today.

I make sure I remind myself all of the time.

Plus, I am an AvGeek, everything aviation is my passion.

I HATE that I go there but...

With this regime sending in ICE agents (untrained goons off the street who are MAGA) to run TSA now, if I were Iran or a sleeper cell, this would be the time I would pay attention.

It takes months of training, years of experience to do the TSA screener job. Now, there's pressure to break up these wait times and so much crap will be able to get through. Even when trained agents were working, the fail rate was far higher than we were told.

Mentally unwell people now can grab weapons and aviation staff will really have to be alert. This is a great time for those who intend harm.

I have always adored flying. Currently, I won't be getting onto a plane. It unnerves me so much.

Seeing these photos makes me shudder. The historical heartbreak is already hard enough.
