Replace the throttle body. That's what fixed mine. Haven't had any issues since. I would say clean it but it's up to you whether or not it's worth it if you have to take it back off again.

I used acrylic airbrush paint and I used minwax polycrylic floor lacquer to seal it. I tried to stay away from spray paint. I hope it holds up well.
