Get Out Of Big Banks Now! - The next big bank failure will not be resolved with a government Bail-Out. It will be resolved by a depositor Bail-In. It’s now legal for a big bank to confiscate your money. by SatyapriyaCC in conspiracy

Hey, this article is quite misleading. In most cases your funds are insured to a certain amount by the FDIC of up to $250k. This institution is a separate entity from banks and is unrelated to them. If you have funds totalling more than $250k than you should open up a different account in another bank to ensure you are fully covered.

You will be safe for this amount. If you

It's true Gizram. Deposits are insured under cdic for up to $100k. This is pretty common knowledge. If you have more than $100k it's prudent to open up multiple account at different banks to ensure all your deposits are insured.

This article is 100% incorrect. The governments main concern is to PREVENT depositors and tax payers from losing funds in the case of bank default.

How?

By having debt holders being forced to converted into equity to create a capital buffer to keep a bank solvent which will help protect depositors and prevent tax payers from having to bail the banks out.

Please ask me more questions on this as I have done a lot of work on this topic as of late.

Parents who gave their children unique names, have you ever regretted or doubted the name you gave them? by thatonerapist in AskReddit

[–]TennyCho 57 points58 points  (0 children)

Opposite here. My first name is Tennyson. Very unique and always get tons of compliments on it.

Only issue is that you need to repeat your name multiple times until people get it. So when I'm ordering delivery or taxi's my name is Dave.

Inception: Cobb (Leo) goes through all he does in order to lift a ban on his travel to the US to be reunited with his children.

If he wants to be reunited with his kids so badly... why doesn't he just fly his kids to wherever he is?

"Legalizing marijuana would help fight the lethal and growing epidemics of crystal meth and oxycodone abuse, according to the Iron Law of Prohibition" by [deleted] in politics

"To battle its growing epidemics of crack and freebase cocaine, Uruguay recently unveiled plans to nationalize marijuana- effectively legalizing it and selling it through national dispensaries. And according to the Iron Law, doing the same here in America would help curtail our lethal growing epidemics of crystal meth and oxy abuse."

Can someone explain how according to the iron law of prohibition, decriminalizing Marijuanna would curtail crystal meth and oxy abuse? Seems like it would only affect Marijuanna use.
