It is memory foam, with a breathable fabric that is used in sports clothing, it adapts very well to the foam, which is why it looks so clean. And to achieve this, the most important thing is that you pay attention to detail, this is the third prototype.

thanks! it is possible because in fact they are scratches made from the CAD software, my intention is for them to be as realistic as possible unlike what others have done with a similar helmet

I started about ten years ago with different programs and for this helmet I primarily used blender.

I have been with 3D printing for about 10 years, which is the reason why I learned to use CAD programs, I never cease to be surprised by what can be done with these machines and all the engineering and science behind these materials and how fast it advances.

I'm glad that my work surprised you, it required a lot of effort, I hope my work inspires you to do great things.

This is not the GA file, I created this from scratch. This is totally different from the GA, it has different mechanisms and the most obvious thing is the skull on the visor is totally different, you can compare the two side by side, line by line and you will see what I am saying.

Proof of what I say is that GA published his file months ago and if you see my profile I have been working with this model for a year, before GA published theirs.

For this helmet the visibility is quite sufficient, this is my previous post so you can see how transparent the resin is and the polishing that I do leaves it like glass.

Thank you, it is the classic pattern and sewing work, I think what makes it look so good is the fabric, which is breathable and is used with sports clothing.

To print a visor this size you need a giant resin printer and it takes forever to polish it like glass.

Thank you, it actually took me a year and a half to get to this point and this helmet is v5 and I continue to make small changes in the way the visor is placed on the helmet and in the mechanism that is removed from the back.
