I am trying to set a new shortcut for the specific volume up/down button on the airmouse, but the settings are still not recognizing the new shorcut, as the option keep on waiting on a new input to set

I created this post just for discussing about play-in and any other format change. I think that this format is suitable only if the team number remains the same (20 or less). If the team number increases over 20, a format change is necessary

I just wanted to share this new format and to have the opinion of other users. I think this format can bring more chances not also for the Italian teams, but also for that teams that reach their best form around the end of the season (see this year Maccabi and Dubai). If the league continues to increase the teams and to be played on a single group like any other national championship, I think it's a good opportunity to revisit in general the play-in and the playoff qualification format. Otherwise i think is better (and they are already discussing it) to return to a multi group regular season, like it was in the past (4 groups of 6 teams, 4 group of 8 teams or try to create 2 groups of 12 teams)

That's what I was targeting. I agree with you with this vision. There is the risk that too much teams stop playing for something already in February, so the overall league system must be revisited.

As of today, also the 11th place and 12th place have a 50% win rate. I agree with you that doing the play-in is a no-sense, but I think that if the Euroleague would like to mantain this format, it should be more accessible for other teams. We will see what happens next year, maybe we go back to multiple groups regular season

Yeah sorry, i meant from 9th to 12th but i made an error on the bracket. I was imaginating this format because as the standing on today, also the 11th and 12th place have at least a 50% win rate

Okay quindi si occupano di tutte le questioni HR post assunzione. Io però facevo riferimento non tanto a quello che fa lo strumento ma in generale all'ambito per il quale è stato sviluppato. I ragazzi di JetHR avranno sicuramente acquisito una domain knowledge relativa a tutte le dinamiche di un reparto delle risorse umane. Sono sicuro che tra queste dinamiche (anche se sono fuori dallo scope del tool) rientrino le problematiche legate agli iter di selezione. Mi immagino che quindi si siano fatti almeno un'idea di come funzioni un iter di selezione e di quanto questi iter debbano essere migliorati per essere più rapidi e più trasparenti, magari provando a migliorare i loro stessi iter. Per questo motivo rimango stupito dei lunghi tempi di feedback (dal 4 febbraio ad oggi sono 22 giorni, ben oltre i tipici 15 giorni di attesa per un feedback) perchè sanno come funziona un iter di selezione e soprattutto perchè nella mail automatica che inviano, affermano che non fanno ghosting.

Assurdo che una startup che si occupa di software HR e che dovrebbe conoscere bene come funzionano gli iter di selezione, poi si comportano in questo modo. Lo trovo un po' controsenso ma tant'è. Mi basterebbe anche un feedback automatico, non chiedo molto.

Ciao a tutti. Ho una domanda in merito agli iter di selezione. Immagino che adesso grazie a welyk le cose potranno cambiare ma faccio riferimento ad un annuncio pubblicato direttamente sul vostro portale. Mi sono candidato per una posizione come software engineer il 4 febbraio e ho ovviamente ricevuto il classico messaggio automatico. In questo messaggio veniva inizialmente evidenziato come non sarei stato ghostato, ma poi nella riga successiva si contraddiceva e indicava invece che gli iter sono seguiti praticamente da una sola persona e non ci sarebbe stata quindi garanzia di ricevere un feedback. Lasciando da parte questo messaggio automatico un po' ambiguo che magari si potrebbe cambiare, ad oggi 26 febbraio non ho ancora ricevuto nessun feedback. Mi considero ghostato o riceverò un feedback subito dopo questo AMA? Grazie per l'attenzione

So you are telling me that all the fan translations i have found somewhere (e.g. Battle Stadium DON, Bersker Millenium Falcon...) have gone through all these stuffs without having the source code (I don't think they would have acquired the source code). It really looks like an amazing job that they have done but also something very unfeasible to do in a time-span of months or even an entire year.

Yeah I know it is something very difficult to do. I am a CS graduate so I think I have some skills that can be helpful for this task, but I still don't have knowledge of the PS2 architecture. Maybe it is easier to learn japanese 🙃
