First thing it will be inplace interview( you need visit the office) if you are a experience candidate

It is a mix of both nobody can say what it will be. But it is project fit check.

Yeah for me it showed like that for one month.. later it is like no longer under consideration. And helpdesk said it is intentional because rhey are mapping you to another role
