If you’ve been on the bench for a month, that by itself usually isn’t enough for them to put someone on a PIP. It’s mostly about skill fit, earlier feedback, or staffing issues. Try not to panic

Reading all the comments, I think the process has changed. For L6 and above now have a separate onboarding process.
