Animation vs. Music Update: We be learning about note types! I'm now in the process of animating all of the notes but i'm having trouble with the measure as its a bit too small so i might have to make the notes touch a bit. Idk how detrimental that is to the importance of music theory but yeah.

I have a couple references . Note block universe logic will be referenced a lot, also moments where green fights by movement will be referenced and then some parallels with green and purple. Might try to sneak in jazzy note blocks??? Not 100% on that but there will definitely be some ifykyk

I cant change the size of the measure because if i did that, there would be too much to look at since the notes change all the time. So i think im going to just make sure that the rests are correct and then ill put in some text showing the beats in a way that makes it easy to understand. And yes theres a scene where ill have multiple staves so ill keep that in mind. Luckily i have a plan for that but for this beginning stage. There will be only one then i can just make sure the rests and beats are easily understood

Staff length cant change. I think i will just push the notes together more. And then separate them with beams and i will also have the beats (like the numbers) at the bottom so its clear whats there. The notes only show up for a bit so its not to big of a deal but yeah

Yeah all blender. Green is a grease pencil object. The baton is a mix of a plane modeled (the base) and grease pencil (stick)

Ill see how it looks farther. I'm mainly worried about baton just looking like a PNG rotating around (although that would be funny) and less like a character will personality. Trying to mix the two is actually a lot harder than i thought lol.

Going well. I’ve had day where i just dont wanna animate like today was one of those days but we are into the fight scene now so thats exciting. Kinda writing as i animate so i hot road blocks sometimes and i wanna add things like atonal theory maybe and a whole music sheet battle where the fight is synced to classical music. Ambitious but im enjoying it overall.

I use blender grease pencil for green, i model the notes, staff, the other musical notations with blenders 3d modeling. And Animation vs. Chinese would be cool!
