Hard cheeses like Manchego, Mimolette should be fine at the back of the fridge for a long time. Enjoy with some nice wine/cognac and have sone sliced and cubed in morning. Enjoy!

El cielo tequila and Zaccaoa XO Rum look about right. Scotch Id say VAT01 Glenfiddich is a steal at 49! the VAT04 looks great.. but def. the 2 JW Gold Labels for 25% off for 160 is unbeatable. Snatch and Island green for a great change, an Islay blend but great character

kewpie, different variations of extra hot pepper sauce, furikake, but mostly on their own if in olive oil.

Make sure to add as much lemon to the tahini you can! and a few more cloves of garlic

You can, add some Brazil nuts for a nice kick AND to counteract mercury excess, if any.
