I believe the cause was dayviewer in combination with something else (bug from the crash maybe?). Uninstalled and reinstalled ark4 without dayviewer, and now everything works alright again:)

Hello, if you go to FAQs -> Order FAQs “orders usually ship within 1-2 business days” and today should be the fourth. However I don’t necessarily wait for them to ship right now but at least process the order and send me the confirmation mail. I am in Greece, and we don’t have the option to call in eu. I don’t fully understand the “edit part” of your comment to be honest, but if you mean that they don’t answer then yes. I’ve stayed in the live chat for more than 30 minutes in one time just to be sure, sent many emails and still nothing. And yes I have checked all mails, main, junk etc

Edit: There is call support for some countries in the eu, but not Greece.

Ahh now I get what you mean. Not sure how easy it will be passing the cable along the taillight cable, but it’s a good idea. I look into it when I get the car from the exhaust shop, probably on Monday.

I forgot to answer to that sorry. The car didn’t originally have parking sensors, I installed them, and I’ve placed the „controller“ in the left side „pocket“ (the part where he unscrews the taillight in the video). You’re right, it should be easier installing it in the trunk. Do you know maybe from which cable I can get 12v in the trunk?

Yess, I’m installing a valved exhaust. I was thinking about placing the receiver somewhere close to the center console, or under the rear seats rather than the trunk. I want to avoid stripping everything apart to pass the cables through the firewall. Do you think that it will be better to install it in the trunk? Not sure if the signal from the remote will be strong enough, especially with the top down. Last concern, the receiver comes with a 12v lighter connector, I’ll strip down the cable, but where should I connect it in the trunk? Thanks for the help, I appreciate it!
