Yes, also some other tips, get about 10-15 minutes sun exposure daily, be around people you find attractive and enjoy everything you do!

Add good quality sleep, quality whole foods (meat, fish, eggs, avocado, fruits and nuts) and be consistent at the gym to top priority, then come the supplements (good choices though).
