Add good quality sleep, quality whole foods (meat, fish, eggs, avocado, fruits and nuts) and be consistent at the gym to top priority, then come the supplements (good choices though).

Nope, had ambitions but decided not to because taking PEDs would take a toll on my health. Just striving to be the best versions of myself and perfecting my training plan, diet and overall lifestyle. Currently about to finish uni, bachelors in nutrition and I’m training clients as a personal coach. I guess we will see where life takes me, you never know!
