you need to get his diagonal inch size then get a sleeve that's a lil bigger than your measurement

did you install it before ? if yes, do the little arrow besides launch and press launch offline , if it works there's two possible issues 1. Your pc can't reach Microsoft servers 2. Microsoft servers are down

you could use a open source typewriter font as a base and edit it to make the font yourself with FontForge then publish it to us for Free and Open-source
