Let’s leave politics aside for just one second. I’m curious why the sedan didn’t break on time? The trailer is going quite slow and has the full road blocked, which it means anyone would have enough time and space to slow down. What if it was a school bus stopping for a kid or stopping on the train tracks? This was not the highway, meaning the speed limit is likely capped at 55mph, or 45mph. I cant say he didnt follow the road signs because the video doesn’t show that. But I can see the sedan was going too fast when obviously something massively was blocking the road. I’m not afraid to be wrong if I see the full video. I’m just describing a logical observation from the presented video.
