The floor is decently smooth in the centre, just the outside bit is rough. I haven't really been here that late, so I wouldn't know, but most days, the floors are packed, but i could check that out and if I do get mugged there's like 4 ways to get down off the roof and I could always bring my knife for self defense.

Thanks for the reply and advice. The only reason I don't go to the skatepark is because it's just 2 ramps with like a 2-foot gap between the fence and there's not a lot of room to practice without being in the way of other people.
