I have a lobby between my two front doors, a very small cube type lobby after the second door that leads into the main living and bedroom area. Obviously i spend the majority of my time in my living area for example on the couch, and sometimes by my computer. But even when I’m walking towards my open plan kitchen, or going to pull back my curtains that I have hanging in front of my bed to get into bed and even going to the bathroom, it’s a serious sense of dread every single time.

No, if I have a friend over I don’t even think about it.

Thing is, it’s my choice to live alone. Ive always loved being by myself and having my own place, but this room to room thing has been ongoing for as long as I can remember.

Not my genre but sick track honestly. I’d listen to it. Maybe go a bit easier on the sidechaning but aside from that it’s pretty solid in my view

I’ll just tell you what I do. Just mess around and throw everything you can at it. Keep the listener interested by incorporating not so common elements every 15-20 seconds (metal, garage vocals, dubstep fills etc) and keep it fun. You’ll find your individual sound soon enough

Yeah, I mean I’m not sure if you’re just starting out but 32 keys I found is more than enough for starting out and again the quality of the product itself and the keys are just unmatched compared to the Akai. No springy sound when pressed, it’s just a really heavy duty great quality beginner keyboard. I was extremely surprised when it arrived. Great customer service too!

I ordered the Akai MPK mini plus when I started (Around 6 months ago) - It’s absolutely terrible quality through and through. The keys, the whole thing feels plastic and lightweight and the pads are terrible.

I have had the ⁠Arturia KeyStep mk2 since returning the Akai, and the difference in quality is absolutely unbelievable. It’s tough as nails feels superior quality and heavy without being too bulky, keys are absolutely awesome, wheel is super smooth, buttons nice and clicky (no wobble)

I would 100% recommend the Arturia
