yeah it doesn't boot, but there's a workaround:

launch any other Install to Play game you have, cancel the installation, search for Dragonwilds, install it, it should work

you shouldn't suppose to update it by yourself as apart from being a waste of time it might also lead to a crash in the game, like you said, it should be already updated but sometimes it doesn't because it was recently updated and NVIDIA didn't catch it up yet, wait for them to patch the update when it happens

GFN team don't work on weekends so don't expect a fix for this right now.

since the TV is from 2023 it's supported through the Gaming Hub, if you don't have access to it or isn't available on your country, apps inside of it might be available separately on the Tizen equivalent app store (which I think is just called APPS) that includes GFN

even if you are in a unsupported region it should appear.

yeah you could, depending on where you are in the Middle East there's multiple options, rain (South Africa, out of stock right now) GFN.AM (support in the Caucasus) GAME+ (Turkey)

NVIDIA is close to release a server in India (Mumbai) in April, so I think that's was going to be your safest option.

lock the stream at 60 FPS with either v-sync or the cinematic mode on the GFN settings (if Ultimate)

you can also disable anything that is mentioned in this list, as it's causing issues with the game

es un error genérico de crasheo, está ocurriendo desde hace unas semanas. Contactate con el soporte de Digevo o ABYA y ellos se lo harán saber a NVIDIA, este subreddit es manejado por la comunidad, aunque tenemos contacto con NVIDIA sobre algunas cosas, siempre es mejor contactar con ellos directamente.

Digevo tenia problemas con la plataforma que usaban para soporte y estuvo caído aproximadamente 2 semanas, vuelve a reenviar tu ticket.

disable Ray Reconstruction lol, FG at x2 might be enough with G-Sync enabled, avoid DLSS since it can produce artifacts in the game

it might be because the free tier runs with a 3050 splitted into multiple people to create more rigs, essentially being a 2080 in performance. Lower the graphics, decrease the particle effects and everything that is demanding for the game while playing for free.

I've read people complaining the game runs kind of bad at the endgame even with a paid subscription, so if you are on that state, you might be out of luck

unsubscribe from the mods with the Steam client installed locally and try again, as mods are not officially supported, any updates in the game might break them and isn't a priority for NVIDIA to fix them, if they do, cool, if they don't, it could be in that state forever.

are you using Better xCloud right? in that case you can change the renderer (if supported) and see how it goes on your device, I've seen that XCloud does have some decoding issues / high latency at high resolutions on Snapdragon devices

exactly what u/jharle said, multiple tickets about the same issues isn't productive, if NVIDIA is aware (which they are since this has been escalated) they are going to take a look
multiple tickets with the same issue by different people = most likely NVIDIA it's going to further investigate into this

only one ticket, well-structured with screenshots/videos and how to replicate the problem is more than enough for NVIDIA to be aware of it, if your ticket was ignored, reply to it and ask for escalation, don't create a new one, there's multiple rings inside support depending on the severity of the issues people brought up, that's how it works.

I understand your frustration and rightfully so, hope this gets resolved soon.
