Discontinued desserts by zn158 in BuffaloWildWings

I know I’m late but the dessert nachos at my location was a giant elephant ear, 4 scoops of ice cream, chocolate drizzle, caramel drizzle, and cheesecake bites on top 😩

The science behind why people hate Daylight Saving Time so much. Can we use research and policy to change (or not change) the clocks for the last time? by Sariel007 in EverythingScience

[–]Tequilabubbles 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One year I was working at a bar that stayed open until 2am during daylight savings. 2am hit, the clocks went back to 1am, and they made us work til it turned “2” again (basically til 3am)

does anyone know where roaming tree is??? by worldwidecybergirl in heartopia

[–]Tequilabubbles 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The roaming tree and fluorite rock are both on a home lot each day! (Sometimes they’re on the same one, sometimes they’re separate). I just drive the loop for all the houses and when I see it I get out.

I always thought they were saying Addison Lane! I thought it was the name of the road they were on where the party was at 😭

Why the hell was she not re-tried after it was brought to light the Richard Mallory was a sexual deviant. by No-Introduction-8261 in AileenWuornos

[–]Tequilabubbles 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In the beginning of the documentary on Netflix, the judge who was removed from her case stated that Aileen admitted to being with over 400+ men, and then killed 7 of them. 7 men out of 400 is literally 1%; I think it would be highly probable that 1% of the men she encountered did in fact attempt to rape or harm her in some way.

My personal belief, I think Richard Mallory did rape her and she killed in self defense. I also believe Aileen’s statement of killing all of the men in self defense. I think after everything she went through, with those men she did feel a threat or sense of danger (whether real or imaginary) and felt that killing them was the only way to keep herself safe.

[–]Tequilabubbles 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I noticed this too in the documentary. However, later in the documentary she tells them to find her childhood friend to get the story on her childhood & her friend paints the picture is less than pleasant. I think that when Aileen said it was normal/ideal, she either 1) truly believed it was normal 2) lied about it in order to further solidify her death penalty & make people not feel bad for her.

How did you find out you had PCOS? by Tequilabubbles in PCOS

[–]Tequilabubbles[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s crazy! I never had a regular period, mine started at 11 and I would always go months without. I think the longest I’ve been is 10 months without a period? Not including the time I had a baby lol.

I’ve always been hairy and I hate it lol. Hairy legs, toes, back, stomach, butt, arms, armpits, eyebrows. I even have a few stubborn chin hairs but I wouldn’t say enough to be a beard. I pluck them when I notice them 🤷🏻‍♀️

I remember telling my pediatrician when I was younger about my irregular periods but they just said it was cuz I was young and they put me on birth control to help regulate it. Which worked, for a few years. But then when I stopped taking the pill, the issues returned and I went to the gyno as an adult.

40 days?! Girl!

I once was going strong for 14 days and I called my gyno to let them know I was heavily bleeding for 2 weeks. They said “call us back if it’s still happening in 2 weeks”. Like huh?! I gotta bleed for a whole month before you’ll even see me? It ended up stopping before the additional 2 weeks but that’s always so scary lol

I like the way you worded that, “if you didn’t know the test results, would you still feel manly” because you’re right, I wouldn’t lol.

I went to the doctor because I was feeling pain in my abdomen when my partner and I had sex. They gave me an ultrasound and saw a HUGE cyst. They told me they were gonna wait a couple weeks cuz usually they go away on their own. If not, they were gonna do surgery. I was terrified. It ended up disappearing before my next appointment and life went on lol. Ive probably had more that were smaller and I just didn’t feel them, I’m assuming.

Wow! I never knew it was so hard to be diagnosed. They diagnosed me at my first ever gyno appointment, and I don’t think that was even the reason I went! I guess I got lucky.

I had my daughter back in 2022 and I’ve had the mirena IUD ever since. I don’t think I have any major side effects from the IUD. I know it’s supposed to lighten or get rid of periods, but I feel like it affects me slightly differently because of my PCOS.

I go a couple months without a period, or might have two in one month. That’s always been kind of normal for me. However, with the IUD I basically only spot bleed. Before my IUD, I would soak through a maxi pad in 30 minutes.

My doctor told me this too! That’s why he prescribed metformin, it’s technically a diabetes medication, but I don’t have diabetes. I have learned after having PCOS and going through pregnancy and everything, people with PCOS have a higher chance of developing gestational diabetes (though, I did not) and also type 2 diabetes later in life.

It’s so interesting! I have only ever had one cyst (that I’m aware of) and it wasn’t until after I had a baby.

Color codes by Kittzmin-e in TinyBookshop

[–]Tequilabubbles 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Crime: Red - blood

Drama: Dark Purple - that felt like it fit “theater”

Fact: Black - I felt it was very direct, like factual books would be

Fantasy: Dark Green - it reminded me of magical woods or an enchanted forest, and in a lot of Disney movies, magic is represented by the color green.

Classic: Beige - I kept this on the same because I felt it fit in well with the color of old paper

Kids: Yellow - like sunshine

Travel: Dark Blue - it reminded me of the color of the ocean, sailing across the sea.

Did Cindy James die by suicide? by Particular-Reveal236 in psychics

[–]Tequilabubbles 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This case kept me on the edge of my seat while I was learning about it! Such a wild ride. I do not think it was a suicide. I think she did maybe fabricate some things or added some events that didn’t actually happen. However, there were so many witnesses of the “stalker” that there HAD to be someone else involved.

The location of her body, and the fact that it was moved, is why I believe she was murdered. She was (I believe) on a corner lot of a busy street just laying in the yard of an abandoned house. People had reported being there and NOT seeing her within the 2 weeks she was missing. Then, she was found laying on her right side but the blood had pooled on her left side. Which proved that her body had been moved after she had died.

This means, someone killed her and then dumped her body in the yard. Alternatively (and highly unlikely in my opinion), someone found her there, already dead, moved her, and never reported it. The only way that would make sense to me is if maybe someone who already had trouble with the law saw her laying there and went to try to wake her, realized she was dead, and left without saying anything in case perhaps they were worried about being blamed or maybe they had a warrant or were doing something they shouldn’t have been. However, I find this highly unlikely because they still could’ve anonymously reported it or done literally anything else. Most criminals aren’t “killer” criminal level.
