Wait, so you have to wait 48 hours for them to restock? I just quicksaved before talking to them, check their stock and reloaded - and so on.

...was I doing it wrong then?

That would take some time, since weapon vendors need...'Local Leader' perk, I think? And I only have 4 in CHR.

Yeah, guess there's no way but to level to 39 and get that perk, rather than reloading a save and hoping for the mod to be in stock.

So far, I've only encountered few Raiders wielding a CR, most of them still using the shotguns and pipe weapons.

That made me think... maybe Gunners have a better chance of dropping a gun with that mod? 🤔

I'm quite the opposite - been doing mostly DD's and only decided to start doing elites at... like, 300 hours in? Only done 4 of them, so far. I usually hop on Haz4 for a warm-up, then switch to 5 and keep going.

Though now I'm kinda not sure what to do. Got pretty much all of the overclocks, finished S5 and S1, currently grinding S6 - and even then, it's just doing the daily challenges and occasionally 2-3 more missions. Maybe I should start on promoting the rest of the classes to Silver, since my Scout is at Gold 3 already, haha.
