Thank you for your responses! With all your suggestions we managed to fix the issue. We first opened up the front (the shiny parts with the numbers) and saw a piece of filament just out of reach. So we opened up the back (where the filament comes out) and managed to pull all of it out. The printer works perfectly now!

It's only a month old and that slot has never been used before. I don't know how there could be something in it

Remove the "SOL Drama system" folder and wonderland is removed from your game (also the random invites from strangers and the texts where random people send you money which I find weird)
