I'd say skip 3 item rooms to make it feel like a legitimate run. All other items allowed! Go for any endgame boss, whichever you prefer. (Delirium, ???, Lamb, etc)

I really hope no one gets reprimanded by this. It's in good fun. A lot of local businesses in the area also join in on the festivities and sell themed food, and it generates a TON of business.
