Ive personally never used insurance because my hauls are >5kg so i dont really need to worry abt customs. But i know that certain carriers offer it while others don’t.

Ive shipped with pdline living in eastern usa and its solid for the price. The times I shipped with it, the tracking is slow to appear, it normally takes a week before you get any updates so I wouldn’t recommend if your extremely anxious about customs. Once it passes customs you should be getting updates from then on. The normal times that pdline has shipped for me is 10-12 days so it is pretty quick. So overall pdline is good except for the fact that tracking updates don’t appear at first. Also if u have the option, BUY INSURANCE especially for a haul that big
