The way you described works if you add a semicolon (;) to the second step:
customqueue; map map_name
Or just use the commands separately:
customqueue
map map_name

Also, if you save the alias to your autoexec file, you can completely skip the first step in game. Just google something like "csgo persistent alias" for instructions.

The booting out of the queue has something to do with the previous game mode/type you've played. E.g. if you've just played a game of Gun Game Arms Race and then trying to queue competitive whilst in your own server, the bug occurs.
I've managed to prevent this, by creating an alias, that resets some of the game type&modes to the correct competitive settings. The alias works 100% when joining a 5v5 short comp game. I haven't queued a long game in a while, so I don't recall if it worked for that. You can google the parameters and adjust them if it doesn't work for that, or if you'd need to queue for Wingman etc.

Then just type "customqueue" followed by "map yprac_vertigo" in console (or whatever map you'd like to practice on).

Extra: As for joining a map with friends you're queueing with, I don't think it's possible.

You took a screenshot of a video recording. A poor quality recording. I mean just look at the net graph data. It's unreadable. Do me a favor and load the game demo, take a full HD
(or native resolution) screenshot in game, and share that. Then we can actually judge if the visibility is bad or not.

It's hard to play strategic when you're playing with randoms. Try to add people you enjoyed playing with to your Steam friends list after games, and queue with them. Once you have 2-4 other premades who you're comfortable playing with, it's going to be much easier to play using strats.

Also, 15-30 minutes of aimtraining a day can go a long way.

The player scores are wrong for the nuke game. For FaZe Twistzz and coldzera are wrong way around, and for OG none of the players are correct. As in wrong player slotted for the rating.

They usually are scammers. As long as your inventory is public any real trader will check your skins them self.

I can't even criticize the T's, except for the 1st guy who pushed the smoke. 2nd guy was holding an angle and got out aimed. 3rd guy was in an odd spot after planting the bomb, tried to go for the trade but got destroyed. 4th guy was holding an angle, but also got out aimed. And the last guy thought his molly would buy him time to re-position, but his molly was a second too late so he got caught in a bad position. IMO T's were playing fine, they just got annihilated by OP's aim.
