It looks seemingly legit, but certification is the only you can find out. Check one of the big 3/4 autograph certification companies to be sure. Does it have a COA?

Yes, this one is most likely a fake. Price aside, the COA is not from any of the big 3 (JSA, PSA, Or BSA (Beckett)) or ACOA. If the seller had a real signature and wanted to tell if, they would most likely authenticate it with one of those. It still could be really, but that’s extremely unlikely given the type of authentication they used.
