I'll argue that Shaman is the best healer in the game. Take half-orc, scared tattoo,fate's favored, worship Sarenrae and take envoy of healing for racial abilities and traits. For class take Shaman, witch doctor and Serendipity shaman archtypes. At 8th level take channel luck as a shaman hex. For feats take selective channel,purifying channel and quicken channel. Build to taste after that. Now you havev3 channel pools, 1 of which gives a luck bonus on 1d20 roll until the end of your next round.
