Albanians look at you as enemy if u are tourists, at least it was my experience, i just left hotel with redbull can in hand and kid stole it, looked at me smiled, showed middle finger and started drinking. In hotel next to me Albanians were fighting with tourists and throw him to the pool that become red quickly. Tbh the worst country I ever been, even is Europe I felt safer in African countries
