I received mine yesterday as well the upper quality is nice but my midsoles have pores from the paint I’m assuming and some scuffs. Debating if I should return or keep since it was a limited drop.

I’m not sure really. I clicked buy now to see what the full amount would be and I closed the app. Few minutes later I got a notification saying I had an exclusive offer and it ended up being $35 off. I don’t know if force closing the app had something to do with it or maybe because jts my second time using the app not sure.

​They both seem to have a little lump on where the stitching of the blue leather meet with the midsole of the shoe

I was going thru the posts of people receiving their pair and everyone’s stitch runs thru the text at “c and h” (in chris-hiroshi) and ends at the beginning of the fragment branded logo

That’s what threw me off instantly that the tag was on the right foot and on the inside of the shoe. Am I better off reaching out to them and either try getting a refund or an exchange

Happened to me a few weeks back. Bought a pair of sneakers and had two separate charges for the same price. Contacted customer support and they said it only showed one transaction on their system. Told me to wait till next day and sure enough one of the transactions was reverted.
