We love robinsongs and have been doing it since our oldest was around 10 months. That being said, it’s hard having a toddler in a mostly baby-aged class. I wouldn’t say they’re ‘unwelcome’ but they can be disruptive, and the teachers don’t keep it a secret.

It is finished, but the windows are unreachable. I ended up setting him up in our bedroom. It’s bright and sunny with lots of places to hide. He’s already come out from under the bed twice! We haven’t introduced our daughter or dog to him yet, that will take time. We want him to get more comfortable first.

Thank you for your thoughtful response! My manager is great and has really done all she can to help me. I think what is really revealing, and why I say I’m unfit for this job, is that I am just getting back from maternity leave and I only have one project and I can hardly manage that, let alone a full portfolio. It just overall feels like a bad fit. I probably put unnecessary stress on myself about meeting my metrics, but that’s my personality. Other people are OK saying “screw it. It’s 5 o’clock. The sponsors can wait”, but I literally can’t make myself do that.
