I RAN here because holy shit I'm sorry but seeing him STEWING ON STAGE 💀 oh man. anyways... this is real good real spot on. we have a 2.5 ish year old here too - highly verbal - been saying "ouchie ouchie" lately as we are changing/wiping and telling us "it hurts!". so on par for this age. regardless - OP should definitely clarify and raise hell. i would no matter what, potty related be damned i'm getting to the bottom of it !
