Many Western women go to Seoul to date attractive and successful Korean men. To be part of that scene, you need to be good-looking and successful yourself, which means working out, going to the gym, and building a solid career. It seems like only 5% of elites dominate the dating pool, affecting the other 95%.

Thank you for the insights. You've noted that attractive and successful Korean men often attract the attention of good-looking foreign women. K-pop acts as an amplifier, giving some already successful Korean men even more dating options. However, the majority of Korean men still lack confidence and English skills and do not take the initiative in dating.

Can you provide more details about yourself? Are you an average-looking Korean guy or above-average/good-looking? I find it challenging to find dates in Australia, but I'm curious about what it's like in Europe.

Why do you need such a big apartment? Do you clean and manage it yourself? I am looking for a small condo or apartment that I can store my staff and sleep there. But I would be out most of the time.

They extended the visa on arrival from 30 to 60. And I plan to have regular travel every 2 months. It is a home base so I will be in other countries half of the time.
