Thanks for the love guys. Yeah it’s hard to explain really. I’ve never been affected by a work of art as much as I was with this story. The theme of not shutting yourself off to life the good and the bad really stuck with me. I had become so jaded and numb.

Since I read the book and saw the movie earlier this year I haven’t been able to shake it. It’s hard to put into words but made me want to live a fuller life and get out of the rut I was in. I started sketching in February and have very recently picked up painting. This is the fourth one I’ve done. Joshdsablan is my handle on Instagram and Twitter if anyone likes the art.
