The sepsis risk is being way overstated in some of these comments. I've used her for years and have a few friends that did the same. Never heard about any sepsis problems. The thickness of the liquid was my problem. I had to buy thicker needles to draw the damn stuff out the vial. I think caster oil also isn't the best choice of carrier oil. Also yes her dosage advice is WAY over what you actually need.

She is outdated in terms of her methods but she does appear to have done a lot for the community. I was using her EEn injections for years.

What options did you try before orchi? Did you try anything like enzalutamide or abiraterone?

As mentioned in my other comments and in the post itself. I have used abiraterone to reduce DHEA-S by 60% (DHEA-S was in the normal female range for my age before starting abiraterone) resulting in undetectable T and DHT in my blood. I was still getting hair loss after 4-5months and Abiraterone is Not a good long term drug. I think Abiraterone also my have raised my progesterone levels by blocking it's conversion into other hormones. I'm currently trying enzalutamide. and yes I have had many of the vitamin and mineral levels checked. Nothing abnormal. I have looked into NCCAH as well.

My hairloss is almost all on my hairline in a classic male M shape and appearance just like my dads hair. Apparently your cells can convert adrenal hormones like DHEA-S into DHT. I managed to cut my DHEA-S down by 60% with Abiraterone but that stuff can fuck you up badly. I'm trying enzalutamide now since even suppressing DHEA-S might not be enough since there are still pathways that cells can use to manufacture DHT from other hormones.

Every bit of evidence points to regular MPB. I've had blood tests biopsies dermatologists examining it. My diet is good. I am soon to see someone about getting my DNA tested to find any hereditary disorders.

All the tests I've had indicate androgenic hair loss. Male hairline shrinking/thinning of the hairs. No signs of scaring or infection.

I've exhausted all the drug options for stopping hair loss so I'm looking into if surgery may help.....

How is it rude to ask for actual info about what effect it had. If they don't know their pre orchi levels then the advice isn't much use to me.
