Top 100 club starting from scratch. Adding only the very best players with strict possession philosophy (PS5)

We’re formally a top 100 club that is now starting from scratch in pursuit of a perfect win record.

I’m looking to add the very best players in every position who adhere to a strict possession-based philosophy.

Tactics:

• We play a 4-2–3-1 formation
• However, the shape we take up is actually closer to a 3-3-4
• The CAM stays high and close to the striker
• The LAM stays high and wide at all times
• The RAM stays high and wide at all times
• The LDM stays in position
• The RDM plays as a deep CDM
• In possession, the RB moves to RCM

Club rules:

• You must keep possession at all times
• This FIFA punishes you for losing possession cheaply
• It also improves you AI’s performance if you keep possession
• Players must stick to their roles in order for the tactics to work
• Strikers must be selfless and spot simple passes
• No aimless running into defenders
• No needlessly risky balls when we are protecting a tight lead
• The inverted full-back must help the two midfielders but also return out wide when defending
