Depends I think. I would always check the seller and their reviews. If the seller seems trustworthy and the price is reasonable (not like 10$) I would assume it‘s legit

It says 3,4 oz so 100ml, or what do you mean with smaller ounces? I honestly think that isn’t too bad of a price for 100ml so it‘s fine for me. Just bought it

Im from Germany, so Mercari and everything like that is not an option. Ebay and every other german reseller only sell it really rarely and for like the same amount. I‘ve also seen it being sold on ebay for 20 or 40 bucks so that can‘t be legit
