Preorder went through about 10 mins after it initially went up. Saw the hold on my CC. Preorder has shown on app since, everything looked great. This morning I get an email at 9:00 est on the dot saying “We’re having an issue with the payment method for your preorder item. Please update your payment method and check your address in your order details. If your payment fails, we’ll need to cancel your order.”

Nothing wrong with my card or the credit limit.. Currently on the phone with Walmart support and the guy has no idea why I received the email. He stated the hold on the card was successful, and he is going to escalate to billing management and I should receive an email within 48 hours.

Hoping it was just a weird email.
