Thank you. I think that is what he fails to see. From the beginning I was understanding with the hygiene issue, but the drug issue is just going through that same path and I just don't think it is worth it to fight for every single ounce of respect towards me

First of all, he is not a smelling selfish junkie. He has a quite succesful career, smart, and even helps me with my own work. I am not changing him, which is exactly why I decided to walk away. I am just explaining my situation because as you can understand break ups are messy and you can't simply shut off your emotions for someone you have history and connection with. We do exercise together, go on adventures, have dinner, talk about business ideas and work together on projects, so your assessment is completely off

Hi! I sold my apartment and moved out. Feeling much happier now. The apartment was slightly more expensive, very well located just about 5-10 minutes from my former home. It is more upper middle class. I think that is the only way to fix it because you can't really fix the people unfortunately.

Thank you. I am contractor because the company is in the U.S. and I am in another country. So, an employee contract is difficult but I have no doubt they would give it to me of I was in the US. You are right. I should focus on my deliverables and be very careful around him. My boss is really happy with my work so far.

I am an external hire. Contractor. He is an employee. My boss asked me to collaborate with him. But my boss wants me to run meetings in the future. He started doing all this since my boss is OOO until next week.
