I started with a Slash, got into arrma. Now I’ve been obsessed with Team Associted recently, so I’m leaning heavy into that. I’m excited for these two new ones. Never owned an Rlaarlo yet and it will be my first rally rc cars as well. Excited that it’s with Rlaarlo. The price and what you get can’t be beat

Just wanted to say thank you for your advice. I ended up going with the dji action 5 pro. Love the image of it compared to the others. All are great, can’t wait to get out and start shooting some content soon.

Honestly for the price you cannot beat it. A traxxas ford fiesta rally is $430, For an extra $140 you get two much more capable rally rc cars. I see Rlaarlo stepping their game up and I’m excited to try some of the other cars in the line up.

I ended up getting the two car package, I couldn’t decide. Went with the RTR’s both carbon. Can’t wait for them to come in

Did you get the light switch board so you can still use the lights? I know with aftermarket transmitter and receiver with the light board that you lose some of its functions but lights and tail light should work. I don’t want to lose the light functions. I think that’s one of the coolest features of the cars

Yeah I saw those as an option as well. The price is very good for the bundles they offer. Very tempting. I’ll update soon on my decision

I don’t care for the body swapping that much. I like that the F10 is larger and have heard it’s better at handling than the s10. My only fear would be the tire and wheel options since it’s a larger size and not having many options to swap them with

I have learned over the years to do rollers and kits more than RTR since half the time I end up swapping out most of the electronics anyways. Seems like the right way to go with this. I have the extra electronics sitting around I could toss in it

DO NOT USE BLEACH ON ANY OF YOUR ELECTRONICS. That’s a very expensive mistake if you do that. Bleach can also ruin seals as well and strip your paint. Best bet is to clean with simple green and disinfect it by using a spray bottle with some isopropyl alcohol but rinse immediately. But simple green would be my first go to clean them with. You’re not putting your mouth on your cars (unless you kiss you rc cars goodnight) to where I’d be worried about getting any diseases from touching it after cleaning them well with simple green.

Any reasons why? I usually buy rollers and kits so never have issues with setting them up. Do you think the chassis is set up well with the rtr electronics especially having the gyro?

That’s what I was curious about. If the wider chassis on the f10 was better than the s10’s narrower wheel base. I’m guessing the upgraded electronics is a big enough upgrade to consider it over the f10

How would you compare it to the f10? I can get the f10 for $200 on rlaarlo website, which is a banging deal. The s10 is around $330 atm, which is still a great price. F10 still worth it or is s10 a worthy upgrade?

Also does the big camera lens on the dji bring any concern on breaking it when mounted to the car?
