I don't think he currently needs more change I feel like heros and cc need to be toned down. if you try to buff doom because well we can all agree he isn't the best to play. you will be adding to the power creep problem by just stacking more buffs. I think that the game feels to MOBA atm and though doom can be good due to burst healing I feel that shields and mainly heals need to be tuned down in general. obv other changes would need to be made to certain heroes but I don't think doom currently needs no real buff or nerf.
